Enjoy being guided by experts of the Culture of Wine, tasting and touring Vineyards and Olive Trees.

 

In the morning, I meet our host, the specialized wine guide who will accompany us throughout the tour. Later departure towards the central agricultural oasis to visit two wineries corresponding to the selected circuit, touring their facilities and enjoying the tasting of their wines.

The guide will show us the different varietals of the region, their production processes, as well as the care, aging and fractionation of different types of wines. Extensive information on the vine and irrigation conduction systems will also be included.

At noon we will visit the third winery and participate in a gourmet lunch of steps paired with wines from the winery, where we will put into practice the tasting technique. After lunch we will visit an Olive Oil Factory, thus completing the production process of the province. In the afternoon, I return to the hotel.
